High-conductivity fine copper wire for electrical, thermal, and mechanical applications. Precision-engineered and ISO-certified for industrial reliability.
NOCKERS ENGINEERING PRODUCTS supply fine copper and copper alloy wires engineered for exceptional electrical and thermal performance. With over 30 years of expertise as a trusted manufacturing, industrial, and mining wire supplier, we deliver quality solutions that meet demanding electrical, electronic, and mechanical standards.
As well as pure copper wire in grades such as ETP, C101, OFCu, and C103, NOCKERS ENGINEERING PRODUCTS supplies non-ferrous wire in copper alloys including brass (CuZn10–CuZn37), phosphor bronze (CuSn5–CuSn8), and nickel silver (CuNi12Zn24, CuNi18Zn20). These materials deliver reliable thermal performance, proven formability for bending, soldering, and machining, and exceptional conductivity for use in motors, transformers, and wiring harnesses. Fine copper wire is available in volume or small-batch formats with custom packaging according to your requirements.

Our single wires are produced either hard drawn or annealed, making them suitable as raw material for subsequent drawing operations in compliance with ASTM B1, ASTM B3, or other international standards. They are also widely used in downstream plating processes to produce specialised wire products.
Tin plated single fine copper wire to ASTM B33
Nickel plated single fine copper wire to ASTM B355
Annealed single wires or multi wire, available bare, tin, or nickel plated, are used as input material for bunching and stranding operations. These can be formed into cross-sectional areas of up to 360 mm², produced as standard bunched wire, concentric strand, or multi-strand rope constructions, with pitch variations tailored to the final specification.
Bare, tin, or nickel-plated single wires can be cold reduced and annealed from 1.00 mm down to 0.05 mm, then combined and wound onto reels with up to 24 ends. This multi wire serves as reliable inlet material for subsequent bunching or stranding operations, produced in compliance with ASTM B3 or ASTM B33 standards.
