Fine Copper Single Wire

Our single wires are produced either hard drawn or annealed, making them suitable as raw material for subsequent drawing operations in compliance with ASTM B1, ASTM B3, or other international standards. They are also widely used in downstream plating processes to produce specialised wire products.

Tin plated single fine copper wire to ASTM B33

  • Diameter range: 1.00 – 2.60 mm
  • Tin layer: 25 micron thick

Nickel plated single fine copper wire to ASTM B355

  • Diameter range: 0.80 – 2.60 mm
  • Nickel layer: 27% by weight

Bunched/Stranded Wire

Annealed single wires or multi wire, available bare, tin, or nickel plated, are used as input material for bunching and stranding operations. These can be formed into cross-sectional areas of up to 360 mm², produced as standard bunched wire, concentric strand, or multi-strand rope constructions, with pitch variations tailored to the final specification.

Multi Wire

Bare, tin, or nickel-plated single wires can be cold reduced and annealed from 1.00 mm down to 0.05 mm, then combined and wound onto reels with up to 24 ends. This multi wire serves as reliable inlet material for subsequent bunching or stranding operations, produced in compliance with ASTM B3 or ASTM B33 standards.
